Oops.....There was a Glitch in the book printing

I have been informed by my publisher that the print file of the book is incorrect and that some book copies might have already been ordered and sent out with wrongly printed information.

It appears that the print file needs some adjusting and so is not yet uploaded at the time of writing this blog.
